Pax 'Helios' Chenin Blanc 2025 - 100% Chenin Blanc from Saureel, Lyman, Marine Terraces, & Alder Springs Vineyards. 100% whole cluster pressed, fermented in 500L Stockinger barrels followed by 8-month élevage in Stockinger barrels, concrete, and stainless steel tanks. This bright crispy white opens with lifted aromatics of citrus, white peach, Meyer lemon zest, and crushed stones, threaded with chamomile and a finish built on wet marble. On the palate, it’s vibrant and tensile, with a sleek, mineral-driven core balanced by a gentle, rounded mid-palate. Flavors of green pear, quince, and citrus oil glide into a saline, mouthwatering finish. The texture is both energetic and lightly creamy, carrying freshness and depth in equal measure.

Verget au Sud Chardonnay 2024 - Sourced from Verget’s choice growers in the Luberon. Produced only with first press in 80% used barrels, the remainder in tank and aged 7 with multiple rounds of batonnage. As with the domaine wines, the press is a crucial part of the Verget process. Each plot is pressed and vinified separately. During pressing, the person in charge carefully watches and tastes along the way. The wines are aged on the lees and stirred depending on each cuvee and vintage. Aging occurs in cement tanks, stainless vats, or barrels and the final product is often a combination. They use unique cement tanks that are egg-shaped and horizontal rather than vertical which allows for natural circulation of the lees.

Laporte 'Le Bouquet' Sauvignon Blanc 2025 - Domaine Laporte is the result of a perfect blending of two renowned Sancerre families. Founded in 1850 in the village of Saint-Satur, Domaine Laporte was run for decades in the mid-20th century by René Laporte. A visionary chair of the Sancerre appellation for 20 years, René pioneered the production of low-yield, characterful Sancerre during a time when many others in the region focused on quantity over quality. Then, in 1986, well-known winegrower from Chavignol Henri Bourgeois purchased the domaine from René, keeping the old vineyard, cellar and house while maintaining the excellent reputation. Now under the watchful eyes of Henri's two grandsons, Arnaud and Cedric Bourgeois, Domaine Laporte is one of the most highly respected estates in the Loire Valley. Le Bouquet is 100% Sauvignon Blanc from family vineyards across the Loire Valley planted in limestone, flint, and chalky soils. Fermented in steel and aged on the lees for 3 months.

Passerine Brut Rosé NV - Crémant de Limoux, 60% Chardonnay, 20% Chenin Blanc, 10% Pinot Noir. Following traditional Champagne methods, only the ‘coeur de presse’ - cuvée and taille - is extracted for vinification, while the final press, known as rebêche, is sold elsewhere. Fermented in stainless steel and aged on the lees for 12 months in steel tanks. 7g/L dosage. The mission of Passerine is to discover exceptional bubbles at great prices, featuring beautiful labels—all made possible through Paris Wine Company’s deep knowledge of French wine regions and close relationships with producers. Passerine is a collaboration with Jacques Calvel of J. Laurens, located in the village of La Digne-d’Aval near Limoux. The grapes come from Laurens’ high-altitude vineyards, which are undergoing organic conversion, and are vinified with precision by Henri Albrus, who honed his craft at Champagne Michel Dervin. Mauzac, Pinot Noir, and Chenin were planted throughout the 1970s and 1980s on clay-limestone soils, while Chardonnay was introduced in the early 2000s. Passerine takes its name from the common songbirds that frequent the vineyards of La Digne-d’Aval. The ink-pressed design on the parchment label honors the history of Blanquette de Limoux, the world’s oldest sparkling wine.

Altos Las Hormigas Malbec Classico 2023 - 100% Malbec from vineyards in Luján de Cuyo (70%) and Paraje Altamira, in the Uco Valley (30%). Grapes are hand-harvested, softly pressed and fermented with indigenous yeasts to express the vineyard they come from. Fermentation occurred in separate stainless steel tanks at 24°C for 10 days with indigenous yeast, 5% whole cluster. Each tank is tasted three times a day to determine what is needed. Aged for 9 months in concrete vats. Founded in 1995 by two young Italians, winemaker Alberto Antonini of Antinori and entrepreneur Antonio Morescalchi, Altos Las Hormigas was one of the pioneering producers of Malbec in Mendoza and has strived to innovate ever since. To their team, Malbec is more than just a grape variety, it represents the risk they were willing to take three decades ago when the region was better known for Cabernet Sauvignon. The nose reveals ripe fruit, plum and a hint of jam, lifted by a subtle balsamic herbal note. Dry and clingy, with solid extract, it offers depth of flavor alongside a loose, lightly grippy texture. This is a well-achieved 2023 Malbec, darker in profile than overtly fruity.

Presqu'ile Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir 2024 - 100% Pinot Noir, 10% estate fruit. Fermented 100% in stainless steel and aged for 8 months: 70% in neutral French oak, 30% in steel. Vineyards: Rancho Los Alamos, Presqu'ile, North Canyon, Kick-On Ranch. The 2023 season is regarded as one of the finest in recent memory for Santa Barbara County. A cold, wet winter gave way to a long and measured growing season, with harvest stretching nearly a month later than usual. This extended hang time allowed the fruit to develop slowly, concentrating flavor while retaining remarkable freshness. The resulting wines are marked by balance, depth, and vibrant acidity — a vintage that combines precision with energy. Presqu’ile is a family-owned estate in the Santa Maria Valley dedicated to crafting cool-climate wines that reflect the beauty of California’s Central Coast. Alongside more than 100 acres of sustainably farmed estate vineyards, we partner with like-minded growers across Santa Barbara County to highlight the region’s best sites. In the cellar, a minimalist approach guides the winemaking, yielding wines of purity, texture, and balance—wines made to be shared. Our Santa Barbara County Pinot Noir reflects Presqu’ile’s quest to craft the ultimate expression of Pinot Noir from this region, sourcing from benchmark vineyard sites across the valley. Lifted notes of bing cherry and rose hip meet hints of orange rind and sandalwood on a supple, earth-driven palate. Bright yet grounded, it captures the character of Santa Barbara Pinot — a wine that feels equally at home on a lively table or in moments that invite a second glass.

Union Sacré Cabernet Franc 2025 - 100% Cabernet Franc from Paso Robles. Grapes were 100% destemmed and cold-soaked for 5 days before fermenting on skins for 20 days. Aged 30% in concrete tanks and 70% in neutral French oak. Delightfully juicy with balancing minerality and acidity. This is a perfect crowd-pleaser (and chillable!) Cabernet Franc with notes of fresh pepper, blueberry, plum, violet, and earth. Inspired by Alsace. Rooted in California. Union Sacré Winery crafts dry, Alsace-style wines from single vineyards and single varietals–Gewürztraminer, Riesling, Pinot Gris, Pinot Blanc, Sylvaner, and Pinot Noir. We also explore California’s Central Coast where pure expressions of Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc, and Sangiovese inspire us.

Terre Rouge Tete-a-Tete Rhone Blend 2016 - Terre Rouge and Easton Wines was founded in the late 80s by husband and wife team Bill Easton and Jane O’Riordan. Winemaker Bill Easton began his career in the wine business working for small California wineries. In the late 70s, he founded Solano Cellars, a wine shop in Berkeley, California, specializing in small artisan producers from around the world. From years in the shop and traveling extensively in Europe, Bill’s palate and style of winemaking developed. He creates wines that are balanced and elegant, with complexity that develops as the wines age in bottle. The French call it élevage, which is “raising” the wine in the bottle. There is an art to this style of winemaking and great pleasure in a wine that is ready to drink, while still showing great promise for future aging. Terre Rouge means “Red Earth”. This vermillion-colored soil is one hallmark of our Sierra Foothills region. Our vineyards are in largely granitic and volcanic soils. The TERRE ROUGE portfolio is composed of wines made from Rhône varietals grown in the rugged and varying terroirs of this region: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Viognier, Roussanne, Marsanne. High elevation sites up to 3200’ contribute to the complexity of our wines. Like the easy-drinking reds of the Southern Rhône Valley, our Mediterranean assemblage, Tête-à-Tête, is blended for current enjoyment both at home and in your favorite bistro. It is a blend of Grenache, Syrah and Mourvedre from the Sierra Foothills, like a French Cotes-du-Rhône.

Chateau du Mayne Graves Rouge 2020 - Caroline and Xavier Perromat officially took over the Château du Mayne in 2012, though the estate has been in the Perromat family for several generations. It was the first property acquired by Jean Perromat, who went on to become the head of the Syndicat des Vignerons de Cérons. The domaine comprises four hectares of vines surrounded by woods, and has deep gravel soil above a sublayer of limestone rich in marine starfish fossils. The wines are a reflection of the smallest appellation in Bordeaux - Cérons, a subregion within Graves that also produces sweet botrytis wines. Before taking over the Château du Mayne, Xavier worked with his extended family at the domaine, and Caroline worked at Château Haut-Bailly. The winemaking reflects their desire to stay true to Bordeaux tradition and create terroir-driven wines that offer great elegance and value. The Mayne Graves red is an equal blend Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot from the historic Perromat vineyards in Cérons. After a 2-3 day cold maceration, fermentation occurs in thermo-regulated concrete vats under bioprotection (avoiding sulfites) over 20 days with gentle extraction by successive pump-overs. Aged for 12 months in French oak barrels with 50% new barrels and 50% barrels previously used for one vintage.

Ultraviolet Cabernet Sauvignon - This wine from California native Samantha Sheehan is made of 95% Cabernet Sauvignon and 5% Cabernet Franc. It has beautiful notes of blueberry compote, plums, currant, and violet petals, supported by subtle blackberry bramble, and black pepper. It's well-structured with Bordeaux-like earthiness, bright acidity, and persistent tannin. It's a true glass of California, with grapes sourced from the foot of Mount Saint Helena and Napa. This wine pairs excellently with anything salty and fatty, especially a pasta Bolognese, spare ribs, or a dark chocolate cake. Ultraviolet Wines are an homage to the California climate where winemaker Samantha Sheehan grew up - a pure expression of fruit ripened under the California sun.
